What data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it)

Payments

We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed by payment providers made available through Wix and your chosen checkout method. Those providers handle card data under PCI DSS requirements.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. When personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer tools, where needed.

How long we keep your data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for. Typical retention:

  • Orders, invoices, and business records: kept for at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline for the relevant tax year, and sometimes longer if needed for legal or compliance reasons.

  • Customer support messages: usually up to 24 months after the last message.

  • Accounts: kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete or anonymise it unless we need to keep some data for legal reasons (for example, order records).

  • Marketing email list: kept until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive contacts.
