The best revenge is always to keep moving forward while the people who tried to beat you stand still. This EP is the journey from self acceptance and accountability all the way through to anger at the easily avoided struggles of every day life. It's hard to find certainty in a world filled with chaos but sometimes the pieces just fit.

This album was the first step towards making a positive change after battling a series of toxic and heart-breaking situations. It's a journey through grief, anxieties set in motion by that grief, into self doubt, anger and pain then finally through to the mental struggle of a voice inside your head telling you to give up. But in spite of all of it, this album was born and started the journey of MBES.
